Lovely views!
We enjoyed a nice 5-night stay in a lakefront room. The view was stunning, and relaxing on the balcony was a highlight! The location is super convenient for getting to parks and restaurants. The staff was friendly enough, but don't expect anything fancy. The jacuzzi opened late, but it was nice when we finally could use it. They had a picnic area, which was cool too! Just wish the service had a bit more spark.

The location was perfect for our family! We loved using the free loaner bikes to explore the area, and the access to the shores of Lake Tahoe made for fun filled days swimming and enjoying water sports. The suite was spacious and clean, perfect for our stay.
In my wife’s opinion, the noise from the nearby highway was bothersome at bedtime. For families with children, having a small on-site cafe or snack bar would greatly improve the experience.

The outdoor heated pool provides a cozy spot to unwind with stunning views of Lake Tahoe. Located just steps away from the lake, enjoying quick access to water activities gives an adventurous edge to your stay.
However, the lack of breakfast options is noticeable, with no on-site restaurant for quick morning meals. The pool area can get overcrowded due to limited loungers, especially with larger groups, making it tricky to find a spot to relax. Couple that with rooms lacking a do-not-disturb sign, and it felt like they missed a couple of details that would boost comfort during the stay.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the access to Lake Tahoe! The kids loved the volleyball court among the pines, and we appreciated the complimentary bike rentals for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The room was spacious enough for our large family and little baby.
My wife says that daily room cleaning would make stays easier with a baby.

The lake-facing room offered stunning views, making mornings special. We appreciated the well-maintained facilities with a clean pool and hot tub that were available to enjoy after a day out.
Some amenities, like the gym equipment, felt a bit outdated.

The outdoor heated pool provides a refreshing escape, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Complimentary bike rentals gave us the chance to explore the scenic trails nearby, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The landscaping needs some serious attention, as the grassy areas were scruffy and made the overall appearance feel a bit tired. Also, while our room had the essentials like a fridge and microwave, it lacked the charm and updates of newer rooms, leaving it feeling somewhat outdated. No breakfast on-site can be a hassle for early risers, though discounts at nearby restaurants are a nice consolation.

Caught a vibe at Freshies Restaurant & Bar, their gyu-don? Absolute fire! Plus, access to the lake right across the road is a total treat. We scored a sweet Lake View Double Queen room for a killer view!
The pool scene was a wild ride with a loud crowd taking over, leaving no chairs or clean towels for others. Tried to reach the concierge for some help, but they didn’t have any solutions, which was a bummer.

The lake view rooms provided stunning vistas, but opening the sliding doors brought in unwanted noise from the main road. The bathroom door malfunctioned, locking itself occasionally, but a coin easily resolved that. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the lake and nearby dining, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Perfect spot for families!
The room was super clean and just like the pics. Loved the location close to everything. The staff were really friendly! It was awesome having a picnic area to chill with the fam. Only thing was the room got kinda noisy from the street traffic, but still not a dealbreaker.

The game room was a hit with the kids, featuring a large TV and fun foosball. Plus, we enjoyed complimentary loaner bikes to explore the area, and the location made it easy to get to all the best spots around the lake.
In my wife’s opinion, better breakfast options would be great.
